OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT from the Investor of the Starlake Project

Regarding the K8 Apartment Complex Project – Phase 2 of Starlake Urban Area (hereinafter referred to as the “K8 Project”).

Up to now, the Investor – THT Development Company Limited is under the legal procedures for sales of products of the K8 Project and has not yet obtained the sale permit under provisions of Vietnamese law. The Investor has not executed any official agreement with any Sale Agents to carry out sales of products in the K8 Project.

However, in recent time, the Investor found out some agencies and sale persons has been receiving deposit for reservation of K8 Project’s products without prior agreement or consent from the Investor.

As such, THT Development Company Limited would like to clearly announce that, our Company will not be responsible for any losses or damages arisen from receiving of deposits for K8 Project’s products of the Sales Agents in such cases.

 

The Customer is recommended to carefully check all information from the Sale Agents when conducting sale and purchase of K8 Project’s products.
