(THT Development) is proud to announce a significant strategic step: together with partners Daewoo E&C Vina (DECV), Green I-Park (GIP Land), and Zenith (ZUP), we have officially signed the Joint Venture Agreement to establish TCC Company. This event, along with the Grand Opening Ceremony of the TCC office in Thai Binh, marks the beginning of the development of the ambitious project – Fores Starlake Thai Binh.

The TCC Joint Venture crystallizes the strength and experience of four leading developers, sharing a common vision to create outstanding values. The Fores Starlake Thai Binh project is expected to become a model urban area, contributing to transforming the landscape and boosting the local economy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. An Kuk Jin – General Director of THT Development, expressed strong confidence in the project’s potential: “With Thai Binh’s position, especially in the context of the upcoming merger with Hung Yen province, I firmly believe that Fores Starlake Thai Binh will be the number one project. The event also featured dedicated remarks from partners.
